Increase in National Minumum Wage

The UK National Minimum Wage (NMW) has increased effective the 1st October 2010 from £5.80 to £5.93 for workers aged over 21 years. At a time of financial prudence for most employers this will be an unwelcome increase to their costs. For those already outsourcing the supply of services to Consort they will be unaffected by this change.
